Return Window

Return requests must be initiated within 7–14 business days of delivery.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to be eligible for a full refund.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Damaged, defective, or missing items
Incorrect item received
Item not as described

Returns for reasons such as change of mind or size issues may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and supplier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Lingerie & intimates
Bodysuits
Swimwear
Jewelry
Beauty products
Face masks
Custom, clearance, or final sale items

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Must include all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (if applicable)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or denied

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective
We will provide return instructions upon approval of your return request
In most cases, you do not need to return damaged or incorrect items; we may offer a replacement or refund with photo evidence

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return for your refund to be processed
If your order is from multiple suppliers, refunds may be processed in parts
