Empyrean Empyre Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from Empyrean Empyre. Our return policy is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to understand.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7–14 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval to be eligible for a full refund.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged, defective, or missing items
  • Incorrect item received
  • Item not as described

Returns for reasons such as change of mind or size issues may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on the product and supplier.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Lingerie & intimates
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Beauty products
  • Face masks
  • Custom, clearance, or final sale items

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Must include all original tags, packaging, and hygiene liners (if applicable)
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or denied

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective
  • We will provide return instructions upon approval of your return request
  • In most cases, you do not need to return damaged or incorrect items; we may offer a replacement or refund with photo evidence

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original form of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of your return for your refund to be processed
  • If your order is from multiple suppliers, refunds may be processed in parts

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. Clear photos (for damaged, incorrect, or defective items)
