Purchase Options

• All purchases are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are considered final.
• To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email us immediately at support@empyreanempyre.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Pre-orders & Custom Items

• Pre-orders and custom/limited items are non-refundable and not eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
